Default Leveling pets using a hammer

Was looking for a quick and fun way to level a few pets for the menagerie and came up with this build. So far I've managed to level a hyena from lvl 5 to 18 in under an hour (no consumables used).

==========

Tryptophan Signet: Signet. For 14...19 seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes move and attack 23...37% slower.

Staggering Blow: Hammer Attack. If this hammer blow hits, your target will suffer from Weakness for 5...17 seconds.

Fierce Blow:
Hammer Attack. If Fierce Blow hits, you strike for +5...20 damage. If target foe was suffering from Weakness, that foe also suffers from a Deep Wound for 1...7 seconds.

Auspicious Blow: Hammer Attack. If Auspicious Blow hits, you strike for +5...17 damage and gain 3...7 Energy. If target foe is suffering from Weakness, this attack is unblockable.

Scavenger Strike: Pet Attack. Your animal companion attempts a Scavenger Strike that deals +10...22 damage. If the attack strikes a foe who is suffering from a condition, you gain 3...13 Energy.

Heal as One: Elite Skill. For 15 seconds, your animal companion steals 1...16 Health whenever it hits with an attack. You and your companion are both healed for 20...87 Health. If your companion is dead, it's[sic] resurrected with 50% Health. If you have this skill equipped, your companion will travel with you.

Never Rampage Alone: Skill. For 18...24 seconds, you and your pet attack 25% faster and have +1...3 Health regeneration.

Summon Mursaat: Spell. Summon a level 14...19 Mursaat that lives for 40...56 seconds and has Enervating Charge. Only 1 Asura Summon can be active at a time.

==========

I used this build to farm stone elementals in HM outside Sardelac Sanitarium in Old Ascalon. Heal as One will keep your pet alive even at level 5. Mursaat will spread weakness and allow you to spam Scavenger Strike for energy. Auspicious Blow will help with energy too. Never Rampage alone is nice to have. Other skills are for fun and some utility.

This build is quite specific and works best with a high Asura rank. Otherwise you can use "You are all weaklings" if you prefer the Norn shout (however is more energy intensive).

Hopefully this build will be of some use to someone out there. Enjoy.

Unless I'm mistaken, those upper limits for skills look wrong e.g.

Tryptophan Signet: Signet. For 14...19 seconds

and

Summon Mursaat: Spell. Summon a level 14...19

but minor stuff

On topic, looks fun, I would try it if I ever used my Ranger and wanted to do EotN to get PvE skills and a pet.

The above doesn't work for Rainbow Phoenix unfortunately, so good to have some leveling methods for that one.

You could just go outside boreal station in GW:EN in HM and kill the snow worms(lvl 30=more XP), since they melee you can just attack with a bow and spam pet attacks and heal them a bit. This is what i do when i need a lvled pet.

Wouldn't it just be faster to death level the pets? I mean just release the animal and DL. You can get the pet to level 20 in 20 minutes or less.

Death leveling in the Menagerie is so much faster and easier than any other option, I can't think of a reason to do it any other way. It took me less than a day to unlock all evolutions on all pets this way (except for the Rainbow Phoenix which cannot be death leveled in any practical way).
